Returns & Refunds Policy

At Darul Islami Educational Institute, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

1. Cancellation and Refund Process

• Right to Cancel:
  You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days from the date you received the goods or from the day a third party you appointed (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

• How to Cancel:
  To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can do so by sending an email to:

• Refund Timeline:
  Once your cancellation is confirmed and we receive the returned goods, we will process your refund. The refund will be completed no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original order, and you will not incur any fees for the reimbursement.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are returned in their original packaging.

Goods That Cannot Be Returned

• Goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalized.

• Goods which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return (e.g., items that deteriorate rapidly or have passed the expiry date).

• Goods which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Goods which, once delivered, become inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

3. Returning Goods

• Shipping Responsibility:
  You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please ensure that the goods are sent to the following address:

  Allahabad Colony, Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan

• Shipping Recommendations:
  We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service as we cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during return shipment.

• Proof of Return:
  Please note that we are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

4. Gifts

• If Marked as a Gift:
  If the goods were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. A gift certificate will be mailed to you once the returned product is received.

• If Not Marked as a Gift:
  If the goods were not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to present it to you later, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser (gift giver).
